RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 8° – 10°C.
VISUAL: straw-yellow color with greenish reflections.
OLFACTORY: intense aroma with very persistent floral notes.
TASTE: soft, refined, of high structure with strong hints of peach and apricot and pleasant notes of sweet almond.
RECOMMENDED GLASS: Use a wide glass at the base and slightly flared at the mouth.
It goes well with starters and first courses based on fish and shellfish.
